Has anyone ever watched a ppv event and dvr'd the event? I have done this 2xs successfully ! This past UFC fight on 12/30/17 my husband got called into work - so i really was interested in the event so we just dvr'd it .
of course when he went to play sunday morning when he got off of work... it kept reading error.
I pay over 250$ a month for verizon for the past 5 1/2 years and they will not issue me a credit for this ppv !! they keep telling me it was viewed !!

Hi trisha8175,
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

Unfortunately many of these PPV events are non refundable. In fact it may be in the particulars of the purchase. I keep saying what people pay and believe it is a bargaining chip to get what you want. However everyone here is a customer and pays for service.
nothing one person pays is any greater than the next customer.
if you feel that $60 is going to hurt you and you need to punish Verizon on a ppv policy I would call them again and see if there is a separate number to call to see if they will waive the cost. Using sugar may help. My wife tells me that all the time.
