DVR slow to respond to remote

I have a QIP7332 2 DVR which in the last day has been very slow to respond if at all to the remote control. What I've tried so far changed batteries in remote, restart the dvr several times and a hard restart (unplugged power). I did try the remote in other rooms with the standard boxes we have and the remote works fine, I've tried the remote from the other rooms with the dvr and same problem. Also had the tv that is connected to the dvr turned off and still no go. Also this dvr is two months old I think. Anyone have any ideas? Smiley Indifferent

To fix the the latency issue press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION . If you are still having trouble with this, please send me a private message
