I have 2 DVRs, 7 TVs and multiroom service. Can I watch a program recorded on one DVR on any of my 7 TVs?

I can get multi-room service on my standard set top boxes from both DVRs. However, I have a problem on the two TVs that are connected to a DVR. I can only get programs that are recorded on the DVR that each TVis connected to. I cannot get programs from the other DVR.
Ah, I mis-read your question. As I don't have any experience with dual-dvrs, I suggest you ask Verizon (you're talking to other users here.)
