I recently added an ONKYO Home theater and was frustrated that I could not control the home theater with the P265v1.1.
I talked to tech support and they walked me through ordering a new remote with in home agent. I recieved another P265v1.1.
I then did an online chat and explained my problem. The chat person ordered me another remote which I recieved today.
You guessed right. I now have three P265v1.1. I don't dare contact Verizon again because I am sure I will then have 4.
Has anyone figured this out?
