FIOS TV Remote DVR

I am having difficulty getting the remote capability to work. My STB is direct wired to the Verizon router supplied during the initial setup.

I keep getting errors on the website that there is a bad gateway. I have run the diagnostics on the STB and everything appeared to pass.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

Call Verizon and report the problem and what you've done.

I had same issue when I first got fios installed, after reading that others said it magically worked after a week or so I gave up and tried little over a week later and suddenly worked perfect.
