Droppihg Channel 102/CNBC and suggesting Cnn as a alternative. Not even close.
This is not only crazy but a very poor business decision. Cnn is terrible.
I have to agree that dropping CNBC and suggesting CNN is bogus. I feel like I am being swindled by Verizon Fios. Was surprised when CNBC would not broadcast. Was in phone for an hour with their "Tech Support" before they figured out that CNBC was dropped from My Plan. I then went on-line and logged in to find that CNBC still shows up in MY TV channel line up. So not only is Verizon sticking it to us, they do not know how to manage the change.

They are not "dropping" the channel, it is still available they are simply removing it from various tiers. Probably due to higher subscriber fees.
