I just got Fios TV One today, and no matter what, the TV screen flashes when I first turn it on. It's fine besides that but it still bothers me. I've tried all the settings and I can't seem to find a fix.
Are you going through an AV receiver? Try going to settings, Video, TV input control and make sure it is off.
