Fios remote code for sony tv cd

I have fios and have been unable to find the correct code to program the remote for my Sony ICF-CD555TV. I have tried every code given as well as scrolling and nothing has worked. Even the Verizon installer said he hasn't had much luck with this model . It is an under the cabinet kitchen TV/CD. Help!

If you've already done the scan mode on the remote, there is nothing more that anyone can help with. The scan mode tries every code known by the remote. There are no more. So if the scan has been done and none of them worked, then that remote and tv are not compatible.

Your only solution at this time is to get a 3rd party remote that will work with your tv and program it for the Verizon box.
