Galavison Problem

I’m unable to view Galavison channel through the Univision app. I keep getting the same error “ This Channel is not included as part of your cable TV subscription. Please Contact your Cable TV Provider for Access”  Any feedback is appreciate. Thank You 

This channel is part of my lineup

Call or text customer service and have them reset your account. That usually takes care of authentication issues.
