For example, if I click on Solo, it gives me the option to click WATCH, but it doesn't tell me how to use my points.
When you go to rent or buy a movie, you may have the option to use current account, other means of payment and points.
Not all content allows you to use points to rent or buy.
After months of frustration, I read countless forums from other users having same issue. I finally came across the solution.. use your phone or pc to order movie using points then they'll show up in your Rentals list under the My Stuff tab.
I would be surprised if you can use points to rent a movie via app that you can't via stb.
Can you provide an example?
