How do you get a CableCARD from Verizon

Good evening all,

I have searched hereon the forums and am unable to find the answer needed. One stated to go to my services My TV Plan and select change. However when I do I do not see an option to add a CableCard. Does anyone have the correct steps? Thanks

Use to be there on the menu's, but probably is gone. Best bet is a call to 1-800-VERIZON.

It would be under my equipment not my plan.

You must call or chat with them. They do not offer a way to order one through just the site.
