I just moved a tv and STB from one bedroom to another. There is a cable jack already installed, but it doesn't appear to be activated. Can I do this or can it be done remotely or does it requre a service call?
Verizon has no control over your outlets.
Some point in your hosue, all of the coax connections are run.Need to find the one for that bedroom and connect to splitter.
