Hello everyone,
I got a STB delivered to my house today, did the self install - but couldn't get it to work.
When I finally went to verizon.com/fiostv/selfinstall, I see that the SN of the STB listed as having shipped to me is not the same as the one I received. I've tried calling support, but that is expectedly busy due to Hurricane Sandy.
Any one know of a direct # to reach someone to resolve this?
