It is predicted to be coming but as of yet, there is no official Verizon announcement.
Yes SEC is coming and Verizon finally announced it on their Twitter page. What packages it will be a part of and will you get just SD or SD and HD is still unknown. It will vary from market to market though.
If the original poster is talking about a Verizon/DirecTV bundle, then the TV service is provided by DirecTV, which signed on to the SEC Network prior to launch.
