Just switched to Fios and not happy.

I just switched from DTV to Fios which includes 8 set top boxes plus quantum 75/75 internet speeds. So far, on every Fios STB connected via coax we lose picture for several seconds. Eventually, it comes back but at first I thought it was an isolated incident but it continues to repeat itself.

Again, not just one TV / one box, but every TV regardless of content we experience intermittent loss of picture. I have ensured each coax is tighten appropriately, have turned STB on/off, tried different coax but still have problem. It doesn't
happen all the time but enough to be annoying.

What is going on? Never had this problem with DTV. Any suggestions from forum before I call tech support?

Could be a loose connection near the ONT of a bad splitter, coax grounding block or the ONT itself.

get a tech back there while you are still under warranty.

Well, tech support came out and checked everything out. Indicated all was in working order. Not so fast, 2 days later problem has reappeared. Pixelation, loss of audio, etc.

VZ coming back again....
