Hi, i have an LG OLED65CXPUA. I have Verizon Fios cable connected to hdmi4. When on that source and i press the channel list button on my LG remote, i do get a list of channels. However, the list always start at the very first channel in the list, instead of at or around the channel im currently viewing this.
This does not happen when im viewing 'live tv' source on this, which is a list of lg specific channels currently. That works as expected - where the channel list will open and positioned at the channel im currently viewing.
Anyone know how yo solve this for cable set top boxes connected to this TV and while using the LG channel list/guide functionality?
Thanks

The only way I have found to bring the full native Fios guide up using the magic remote is by clicking the button with the 3 dots (under the number 9 ) this will bring up native button options for the Fios set top box you can click guide there and problem solved. Also the down button will bring up a smaller guide. I wish there was a button for last channel as well if anyone figures that out let me know !

As far as I know you have to use the Fios remote to see the Fios channel guide. I do not believe the LG guide is capable of scanning the Fios box for channel information.
