Last viewed delete

Is there anyway to delete specific shows/channels from the "last viewed" versus having to delete the entire list?

Not to my knowledge. Seems like you can only clear the entire list or disable the Rail Guide so that pressing the Last button reverts back to just switching to the previous channel.
