Many, but not all of my HD channels are pixelated to the point of being unwatchable. I've checked the connections and they seem fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Do you have this issue on all your TVs? The issue could really be anything from the ONT, wiring, splitters, or the box itself. Make sure all your connections from ONT to the box are tight. If no change you probably have to call Verizon to troubleshoot.
