I just had FIOS installed yesterday. 4 - 2500 STB and1 6416. Today i called and had verizon activate the home media. I downloaded and installed mediamanager and photos, etc are showing up on the 6416. However, none of the 2500's are showing the shows that have been recorded on the 6416. The message displayed is that an error was encountered in accessing the dvr hub. i suggested uplugging the 6416 - which i did, but didn;t help. Any suggestions?? thanks

When the order is placed it does not immediately enable home media. You have to wait for the order to flow through the system and be implemented.

Also you may want to try to power cycle all your STB's. Unplug for 30 seconds and plug back in.

sure the reason it wasn't working is because there was an accident on the order which prompted a box being sent out with the feature and wasn't suppose to activate until the 23rd soooooooooooooo to make a long story a bit shorter
