The HD version of NBCSN Ch. 590 on my HDTV is stuck on a frozen screen from a commercial that played this morning.
Meanwhile the SD version of NBCSN Ch. 90 displays the pictures fine.
All other HD and SD Channels within my tv package are playing with no issues.
Support have taken down and rebuilt my system but Ch. 590 is still not playing
Verizon are sending an engineer to my home next week but I cannot figure what that will achieve because I think it is a feed or software issue within Verizon.
Anybody got any ideas for a fix?
