I had asked one of our Central Office technicians(this is where the verizon signal comes to your home for each area) to sling into the channel on one of our test ONTs in the CO, as i was not in the office on thursday to do it myself. The technician i asked is now out sick and i am unable to reach him. Sorry guys but this one might have to wait until next thursday again.

I had some of the same problems, especially earlier in the telecast. The biggest problem, for me, was the volume difference between the game and the COMMERCIALS!!!!
There didn't seem to be as much of difference later in the game. I wonder if the problem was with NFLN though.
