NHL Network

Still waiting for the NHL Network and anyone know when it will be added...its not listed here nor does support know it will be added to the lineup.

Has today been confirmed as the date for the roll-out of NHL Network? Has anybody seen it yet? I'm in Central PA and don't see anything yet.

I have it on my boxes lineup guide but it hasn't been made active yet.

What location are you? Here in Central PA, it's not even showing up on the lineup, let alone active.

I'm southeasten PA.......all the new HD channels were added from the coming soon on the old PDF file here online. Now there like 10 others NHL Network is one of them. If I look on my boxes guide it gives me "Coming Soon' as the programing for it on the guide. It wasn't there yesterday and neither were all the new HD channels. I called about today and no one knows about it even now.

In Long Island, NY the NHL network is now on channel 87. Thanks Verizon. Kind of strange you didn't mention it being added in the bill I got today. But I am really happy NHL is available

As of tonight we still don't have it. I has "Coming Soon" listed in the boxes guide and thats it...as well as like 10 other channels.

I am in California and I still do not see the NHL network in our programming. Does anyone know when this will be available?

Will Verizon respond to these questions?

I also called them they know nothing about it after checking. They said this channel is not in your lineup....really its only listed on the boxes guide as "coming Soon" not online in the lineup you run your zip code or in the PDF file....they are both out dated.

I thought you guys in CA get all the new stuff first and you still probably will.

Does anyone know when in Maryland we can see this? The channel is listed, but it says coming soon. It has been that way for at least a week.

Nothing new here on it its now listed on the PDF channel lineup file you can download from the Verizon site. But its still listed as "Coming Soon". Why they just didn't add this with the 10 to 15 new HD channels on the 17th I do not know and asked like 4 times since with getting no direct answer. A couple of techs never heard of the channel.....one saying I should have it and the other just didn't know.

I concur, ALS. One of the reasons I made the switch from Comcast was because Verizon announced they were providing this channel. Three weeks later, a no go. I'm not even getting a "coming soon" message (VHO14). I could understand if nobody had this, but other markets have had this channel for weeks now. Unlike the other new HD channels, which aren't quite so time sensitive, the NHL Network needs to be up ASAP as the season is running. Can any techs provide some information, please?

Yes, this is driving me crazy. Here in Maryland, Comcast has NHLNET (not in HD) and it is a great channel. I have seen "coming soon" for at least 2 weeks now. I check each day, I am getting obsessed!! When I call, no one has a clue. Yes, I hear the season clock ticking as well. Any info would be great.

Nothing new here either in PA....when I call they think I'm talking about NHL Center Ice....then have no new info. Tick...tick...tick.....just add the {word filter avoidance} channel already!!!

I don't even have the Coming Soon yet.

Hell, I don't even have 899 (HBO HD - East) and 920 (Cinemax HD - East) yet. They've been showing coming soon since my install on the 11th of nov.

Ok lucky you I'm in PA its listed 3 times so its either 12/9 or 12/11.

Ok well here in NYC (Bronx) I tried it about an hr ago. TV Guide says HD Exteme only. (which I have). It i snot listed in the online channel guide. When I tried it it said I was not subscribed. It seems right now it is still part of the $7.99 Sports pkg. It took 3 tel. reps. to tell me that. 1st woman said it *looked like it should be part of the pkg*. The 2nd was a tech whom she switched me to. He tried a couple of resets on the STB's. When that didn't work he had a 3rd rep. call. He told me it is not avail to *Downatate NY*. And prob. won't be a freebie. I'll prob. call the offic in the morn. and see what they tell me as well.
