NHL Network

I just go fios tv on saturday all the channel lineup info states that channel 87 in the NHL network is available in the extreme hd package but when i go to the channel it says not authorizied it says it is part of the sports package. Why don't they straighten out the printed material before they release it. Every rep i spoke with states they dont even see that channel on there lineup info. Whats the story here. Why should this be part of the sports package. The i read it is only that way downstate what does that mean?

Downstate NY means excluding Buffalo, along with northern NJ, has to pay extra for the sports stations (not part of Extreme HD)

Yes, they should reword those channels for this area, I agree.
