When I check the Guide it shows the Listing for channel 838 "Netflix" under 'All Channels', but when I try to add that channel to 'Favorites' I find that channel 838 is missing from the list and cannot be added. What is the reason for this?
Channel 838 Netflix doesn't even show up on the guide and I have the Ultimate Package!
Do you have VMS? If not, Netflix is not available.

It is not a real channel. Like a number of other such channels it launches an app. These cannot be added to your favorites list, at least on the Quantum TV service.

Channel 838 on my Fios is Redzone from NFL NETWORK.....not NETFLIX
