I tried watching the new customer service videos and when I follow the the directions nothing happens and I therefore can't watch any of the videos. I read the text about some of the new features but wanted more clarification by watching the videos. I saw that there are many new directions which I was unaware of until last night. Also there are many more features, including the hundreds if not thouands of games. I went to two of the free games listed, but it said an error occurred, try later. When I went back today neither the videos or the games worked. Also I like seeing the weather widget at the top of the screen. I used to be able to put the weather widget for my zip code in and it would stay there for the next time. However, now the weather widget won't stay there as there is a new widget that is named Fios TV Widgets that always comes up first. Is this something new? Last night I went to Set -Top Box Auto Correction in the Customer Support area of the Main Menu because the progran description that comes up when you change to a new channel wouildn't automatically go away after a few seconds as it used to,unless I went to exit or keyed the same channel number in a second time. I did fix this by the Set-Top Box Auto Correction. I remembered that by doing this auto correction, many problems with the set-top box are fixed. If anyone can answer any of these questions, I would appreciate it. I was surprised to see so many additional features I wasn't aware of, although I knew there had been some changes. Was a message ever sent about these changes as I usually read the messages. I like the way more directions and options are available to change your TV picture, according to your type of TV.
