I agree with everyone on this post.  This new VOD is very slow and more difficult and time consuming to maneuver since the pictures take up so much room (versus a list). I also cannot find any simple way to voice a complaint and roll back to the old or start over!!  Ugghh.  So frustrating.

Is it just me,or do the changes made to on demand suck. Now the premium channels only show pictures of the movies or series instead of an easy list .Before you could easily scroll to just added. Now you have to scroll through a bunch of pictures to see if anything new has been added.

Verizon Fios once again pushed upgrades that are horrendous.I find the new OnDemand menu to be completely unusable with picture tiles and no show titles.

More than half of the pictures are unreadable and some have no show title at all. You are forced to stand in front of TV to read and scroll to each picture and click on it to read the show title. Additionally only 4-6 show on a screen instead of easily reading a show list of 12 or so. As usual Verizon just says too bad and I am sorry and are not willing to fix the situation.

If you are looking for something new to watch or are trying to see which of your weekly shows has a new episode you have to click through at least 30-70 picture tiles to find anything. Wonder if they will reimburse for carpal tunnel. Now instead of browsing to a network show in 4 to six moves it can be over 20-30 depending on the title of the show. And I just signed a new 2 year contract they won't let me out of.

Again they are extortionist crooks. They can completely blow out your service and just say sorry. The Customer service is useless and infuriating.

You are on hold and transferred to just get another person that can not help. These utility companies should be held liable for their changes and customers should be able to opt out easily if it is not a satifcatory change.

Wonder what brain trust pushed this enhancement without market testing.  They should be fired,

The difference with Vista or 8 is that Microso0ft gave you the CHOICE to upgrade and you could back your computer out.  Verizon hplds us all hostage for their inadequacies

We also hate the new VOD menu.  We rented a movie and due to the new cumbersome menu instead of paying for the movie with our rewards points, we were charged for it instead.  Also having to pay for previously free network shows is ridiculous.

The new On Demand Format is absolutely useless!!!

The premium channels are images instead of titles and take forever to scroll through.

I hate this new on demand menu. I don't want to scroll through all the images of shows or movies to find what I am looking for. The old menu was fine. I can't find anything and give up looking. Why fix something that wasn't broken???????? I want the old way back. I may switch to Comcast or go without cable if it is such a hassle to find a show. I pay too much money every month to put up with this nonsense. They made a mistake. Didn't it get tested before rolling this garbage out on the consumer?

I just went to watch a SyFy show OnDemand and discovered this completely unusable new menu system!  I looked at HBO and it is also insanely ridiculous!  I cannot find anything quickly as I used to be able to do.

Why on earth has this been changed?

Please switch it back to what was working perfectly fine!

The new menu for On Demand Programming is horrible.  I Hate it!!!!

I could not find any place else to provide feedback, so I am posting it here.

It's all about money.  Now it will cost you $1.99 to see previously free tv shows.  Just a Verizon money grab.  Geez, I get to choose between companies like Verizon and Cox?  It's more and more like having to choose between Clinton and Trump! :-0

They know what the feedback would be, that's why they didn't give you an easy way to express it!  I think I'll call their customer service number and gripe.

New on demand menu is so terrible. Did an idiot design this?  Just pictures, you can't see the titles.   I just want a list to browse, then select for more info.  To go through Showtime, it will take 30 minutes to see each movie title as you have to highlight each picture to see the title.  Awful, terrible, idiotic!  Hope your on demand revenue drops like a tack!

Is there an option avialable to change the on demand UI back to the old style? The new On Demand UI is pure suckness. I feel like stabing my eyes out every time I try to find something.

I am not completely opposed to the new layout, but I admit I haven't done a lot of browsing yet. What I did notice that gave me pause, is they want to charge $2 for an episode that would be free if you had remembered to DVR it that week. What is up with that mess?

Will be leaving Verizon at end of contract.  I pay a lot for all channels, all premium channels also.  Now they want $2 per tv episode, for a channel I already pay for?   Crazy!

I agree.  The new on demand menu is horrible. Don't bother trying to voice your opinion with Fios since it falls in deaf ears. The local Fios store is structured for sales, not dealing with customer complaints.  Classic example of a big company dictating what a customer needs regardless if the customer needs it.  Fios has become less customer service oriented and this is just one more example. Last trick was pulling phone numbers off the website under "Contact Us". Maybe enough people will complain on the "Virtual Chat" or this forum to get some action.

Our household is  very unhappy with the new "On Demand Menu".   We find it very hard to see clearly.  Is there a way to change it to lists instead of the boxes.?

Agree. Plus it doesn't give you a choice of picking SD or HD format, it randomly assigns it if you pick a program to play. As a premium HBO subscriber I know I have these series on demand for free why is FiOS forcing me to watch an SD quality episode for show that aired in HD, all other episodes are randomly chosen as SD or HD but you no longer have any choice.

Btw. There are rival cable companies in my area with excellent deals to move to them. And FiOS seem to drop any channel I start watching recently, over 10 channels that I watched dropped in the last few years.  Too expensive and this horrific impossible to navigate and not responsive menu is not worth it any longer. For gods sake FiOS people this is TV programming

NOT tablet menu, what were you thinking ?

This new VOD menu that just arrived today is a nightmare that I'm hoping to wake up from tomorrow.  First, I can hardly read the text because the characters are so small and faint. Why? Why are they making me squint? Things used to be very readable. And all the pictures I have to scroll through are a joke. It takes twice as long to find anything and the images themselves are pretty unappealing and unreadable -- just part of an obstacle course that I have to run through now to get anywhere.

There's no way to choose HD. I always watch HD and today I was forced to watch only SD. That's disgusting.  Also, I'm not seeing expiration dates on anything. Or is the text so tiny that I can't see it?

Speaking of expiration dates, some of the series I've been watching have missing shows that were all there a day ago and did not have expiration dates and now they are gone.

Please, get rid of this horrible menu, or at least give us the option to use the old menu which was perfectly fine. Why even change it?
