Just converted to to 1.7 - build 09.83 - in Baltimore area. I was looking for the Caller ID option but don't see it in the Settings menu. Anyone know if this feature is still being offered?

I have it up here North of Boston for the past month or so
I thought the option to turn it on was under the Menu - Settings but there's nothing about Caller ID there.
How did you activate the feature?
The feature won't be available everywhere until the end of March.
