We had a power surge and when I tried to access the DVR recordings from one of the STB, it shows no recordings. I checked another STB and it also shows no recordings. I checked the DVR and it shows there are recordings. We have a multi-room DVR.
Have you tried fix stb issues?
Or power reset?
