No reps available on the weekend?

Why doesn't Verizon have reps available on the weekend? Their online system will not allow me to make changes to my FIOS service (I have the Internet service and want to add TV). I called the number and it says no one is available...what gives?

Also why do you have on the my verizon account a Add/Change Channels & Plan... if it dosen't work and your phone support people told me to use it when I wanted to add or removel channel???
On top of all that when I clicked the link and it said to call the 800 #

On the weekends.. hell, you mean ANY TIME. Every single time I've had to call (which by the way has been over 10 times in the last 2 weeks) - I've ben on hold *waiting* for at least 15 minutes for tech support. One call in particular, I waited 2 hours! On average, I'd say I'm waiting between 20-40 minutes.
