My Starz on demand isn't working. I pay for Starz but it's also asking me to pay $2.99 for the On Demand show I want to watch.
There are several threads regards to VOD and charges.
Right now, there hasn't been a fix to the issue.
If you have a way to use Starz app on your TV, I would try that.
I know it is not the service you paid for, but might be the best option for now.
