Intermittent pixalation and loss of sound on TV's connected by DCT700 converters. All connections are tight. Happening for @ week
Do you have anything besides DCTs?
If so, try putting the DCT in place of the STB and see if it still has an issue.
I'm having the same issues on a QIP 2500 STB. CNN and other cable networks are pixaling on audio and video. Do I need to have the STB replaced?
DOes it happen on more than 1 box?
Try making sure that all of the coax connections are tight.
Verizon service tech replaced ONT yesterday which resolved my issue with pixelation/sound issue.
This only occurred on my DCT700 units.
