Program Info not available - any one facing this issue

I have rebooted the STB twice still not able to fix the Program Info not available, changed the coaxial cable with the brand new one that came with the new STB we received few months ago, still not fixed. Any other suggestions?
We live in Richmond, VA

Is the router a Verizon unit or a third-party?

If it is a Verizon unit, try power-cycling the router and ONT.

The router is verizon's the white big one. I did power recycle the router, then the ONT still no use.
