Remote Control

I can't seem to be able to use the volume control for my RCA Model L32HD31R TV. I followed the instructions using the 321 code and the other option relating to non working codes. Everything works except the volume control and I have to sue the remote for the TV to control the volume. For the RCA, I have never been able to use the remote to control the volume ever since I purchased the TV.

Anyone with a similar problem which has been resolved?

Thank you for posting on our community forums. Our remote controls are programmed with a specific set of codes to use with your devices. These codes will work with many TVs, but not all. Please see the link below for instructions and codes included with the user manuals for your remote.
