I understand that maintenance needs to be run on things, however it would be appreciated if something like Remote DVR is going to be down several nights in a row that we who have it either get an email or a new message or our STBs. Last night I could get to http://www.verizon.com/fiostvcentral (http://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web), however could not get it to authenticate me. Tonight I go there and I get an error of service not being there. If your going to take it down please notify us.
