Just got new set top boxes and voice activated remotes which worked fine for 2-3 days but now VOLUME and MUTE control not working. Any suggestions?
First try powering down the box, then 30 seconds later plug it back in. If no luck, un-pair and re-pair the remotes. You may have to manually add in the brand and model of your tv.
