i noticed from previous messages, that setting a program reminder has been a issue for a while!
Do you plan on doing anything about this?

Reminders do not work on the DVRs or the digital adapters as of right now. They do work on all the other set top boxes we have. In the guide just go to the listing you would like a reminder set for and select it. You will be asked what you want to do and a reminder is one of the options.
