Anyone know how to get a replacement remote and if there is a cost associated with that? My kids lost one of the remotes and after turning the house upside down we can't seem to find it anywhere.

or if you can stand the hold time, and the music - FiOS cust service can send you a new remote for free. just make sure you changed the batteries first before calling in, and if it's still messed up give em a call.
I called into tech support and the automated system said that it will send me a new one for free.
