Repurposing Fios Router to Send Signal to My STB

I’m using a LynkSys 1900 to replace my Fios router, I’m repurposing the Fios router to send signal to my stb. I can see the gateway on my map, but when I power on my stb (after reboot), the gateway disappears and my stb are limited (no on demand etc.). Any suggestions? Am I turning on the stb too soon? Thanks

Have you configured your FIOS router as a bridge?

And have you configured the linksys porperly?
