Our power was out and when it was restored the Fios did not return. They determined it was a bad battery or something causing the black box not to receive power. Possible bad battery. No lights on box in closet. They scheduled a tech to come out Thursday December 12th, but I need to reschedule due to work committments.
Can you reschedule this for me. {edited for privacy}. Please advise
