Router causes video skipping.

I have fiber into the home for video, phone, and internet. Whenever I plug any router in my video will skip, constantly. Some routers its not as much. One router it was every five to eight seconds while others its about once very 3 - 4 mins.

I have had two different technicians out and tried different routers and switches at the panel but nothing seems to resolve this.

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Video on TV or Video on the computer?

Is it coax or Ethernet for the internet connection?

If you have the FIOS Triple Play then you will already have a Verizon Supplied Router in the system.

Are you attempting to add a 2nd router oin your system ?
