Second STB not showing up on Verizon web page

I added a 2nd STB for my bedroom yet I don't see it on the Verizon internet web pages. I prefer to manage my favorite channels via the web interface (although even it's a rather lousy interface at best) rather than the using the remote. Why can't I even see my 2nd set top box on the web? Anyone else have this problem?

I have had this problem since install over two years ago, support has never been able to fix it either.
