I cannot login to Showtime Anytime. It says I need to subscribe, even though Showtime is already a part of my bundle.
What is the solution?
Lots of things cause it. For example it uses flash and tries to save information. This is "third" party so if you don't allow third party cookies or have your browser to delete cookies on exit, the information is lost and you end up not logged in and your symptom is exactly what you see. Flash must also be allowed to save info for the two sites (showtime and Verizon)
Did you see the situation from Jeff3f? Could this be your issue?

I actually don't buy the thing with multiple ids. It is only dependedant on the ID your using have authority to view TV. Something you can do for some or all your secondary ids if you have them. I.e your spouse id, etc.
Thanks. Third party cookies are enabled...this is for the initial activation. When I enter my username and password, it comes back with SINGLE USER ERROR....must subscibe to showtime. then gives me a link to verizon fios homepage.
when I enter my login info on the homepage it says I have showtime..and of course I can watch it on my TV, just can't activate showtime anytime for some reason.
Tried it again yesterday and it said it couldn't open the screen in a frame. And completely got lost if a said continue in new window. I did get it to work by signing out of Verizon first. Note also that the Widevine add-on it wants to use is only 32 bit and doesn't want to run in IE in 64 bit mode.

Which version and mode of IE are you using? In the current versions IE works in both at the same time, depending on the add-on and OS version. The 32-bit add-on works on IE 11 running on a 64-bit version of Windows 8.1, and the site works fine with this configuration. It's similar to other add-ons I use, most of which are only 32-bit mode. Some are both 32-bit and 64-bit.
Jeff3f issue wasn't one with primary account vs sub account (multiple user accounts all within the same household account) - it was an issue where he was trying to sign in to TV product features with an old user name / password from a prior Verizon service subscription (DSL, in his case, I believe he said).
If you leave and come back to Verizon and you are using a user name / password set from prior services, "your mileage will vary..."
If you move and the account rep actually moves your service correctly (rather than cancelling and ordering anew), you may be OK... but often times things get pretty muddled due to older user name / password sets from prior service.
