Do others feel that Verizon provides the slowest customer service out of all service providers?
Everytime I call Verizon Customer Support to resolve issue, it takes an average of 1 hour of dealing with the Customer Service Specialist before they even start to resolve the issue. And worst it takes multipel calls to fully resolve the issue.
I don't understand why it's so hard to provide good customer service.
Is it me or others have the same experince?
I have Verizon for cable only. I wish we had multiple cable provider options in our community because I would drop Verizon in a heartbeat.
Does anyone know of a better way to reach highly trained customer support specialist that are caple of slowing problems fast?

I have had good luck both with chat and using twitter (@verizonsupport).
Twitter is not quite as immediate, but unless it is an emergency, you aren't left on hold.
