I recently was sent new set top boxes and now the “Guide” showing channels, times etc takes a very long time to display. Not sure how to correct this. Also for the record, occasionally I like to browse the Music Choice channels. What a nightmare this is now. Seems Verizon is making things more difficult for their customers with these “newer” set top boxes, even something as simple as turning off the TV and set top box, a two button operation where before just one button did the trick.
