When I watch movies/tv On Demand, there is static and glitches throughout. I can't even get through a show without it glitching and missing most of the dialoge. Resetting the box and following the troubleshooting directions hasn't resolved the problem. FIOS is too expensive to not be able to watch shows on demand and calling customer service has been unhelpful as well. Any advice?
