What model STB do you have?

I beleive there is an option under settings for power up channel.

See if you can find that and if it isn't set for last viewed channel, then set it to that.

I know in the past I got similar messages trying to access mpeg4 channels on an old 6xxx box. If you have such a box you need to contact them about a replacement. The replacement should be free .

Once you hit ok you should change channels.

For me it was awhile ago while Verizon still had FIOS in Florida.
