I have no idea of what it is going to take to get verizon to correct their own guide that has inaccurate or missing data on it but i implore you to take notice of what customers continue to bring to your attention to get it corrected or a lot of people will be going elsewhere for their service. You have the wrong schedules for channels 1506, 1540, 1549, 1704, 1705 just to name a few. There are also logos missing on the guide for channels 190, 1644, 1506, 1507, 477, and 480. Then there is the matter of the wrong description for a show called "what's the buzz" on channel 108 which is a celebrity show not a texas travel show. Channel 12 telemundo has a show on from 4pm-5pm that has the wrong description on the guide but the correct description is in the search menu if you were to put the name of that show in there. Also "last man standing" on the encore channel is a movie with bruce willis not jeff wincott and the description is wrong too. Another thing that i want to mention is that you have the same exact channel on 1724 and 1725 that is also on channel 258 where there is no difference between any of them which seems like a waste of channels. A company that does not take into account what information is being relayed to them about a guide being off to try to get it corrected will never have a correct guide and it will only get worse over time. 1540 by the way is cnn en espanol which has all of the baseball playoff games on in spanish but according to the guide's schedule what is listed there are all news shows. To get this matter corrected is pretty simple. All someone has to do is send an email to the guide provider to have them check what should be there so that they can send you the latest updated schedule and if it is off on their end too then they can contact the channel to have a channel submit the latest schedule so that people can enjoy the programming that they are paying for.
