Hey guys, I have 4 phillips Fios remotes (that light up). 3 of them have died. Batteries fine, etc, remote never droped, etc etc. I was able to bring 1 remote back to life by removing the batteries and pressing each and every button on the remote before installing new fresh batteries. I tried that procedure with the other two dead remotes, but to no avail. I really like the phillips model and find it layout to be vastly superior to earlier verizon remotes. Does anyone know how I can replace them? I have other universal remotes but they function very poorly at controling the STBs. Thanks.

call tech support 888-553-1555 and can order them for you. I think you get one for free and have to pay for the rest.
