Verizon support is next to useless. I can't find a chat, the phone wait times are usually very long, the virtual assistant seems to do nothing except come back with words to the effect of "I don't understand. Why does Verizon make it so hard for customers to do business with them? All I want is to get to a human being without wasting my own time.
