That's why I came to join this. I am having trouble with 20 second stops every Friday and Saturday both pay movies andVOD, how do I get this corrected.
I don't have this problem with other services.
Their VOD stinks. Their customer service is non existent. One can only assume that the problems pop-up when a large number of people attempt to use the service. Quoting one previous poster, this is what happens when they get too big. Maybe they should have stopped their service build-out two years ago.
